7 Dollar Ads has two membership levels, free and Pro.

Free members are allowed to enter 1 square banner where a Pro member is allowed to enter up to 15 square banners.

The $7.00 to upgrade is a one time payment.

You will also need to purchase a credit package that start at $7.00.

Your banners will be displayed on over 25 other traffic exchanges and mailers.
