How do refunds work at Bizeem Design & Traffic?
Bizeem Design & Traffic does not issue refunds once the services are started. However, there are circumstances when Bizeem Design & Traffic will make exceptions. These include major technical errors (users' incapability to access the site because of technical errors on our end) that are not corrected within 72 hours or when the purchased product/service/package is not as described by Bizeem Design & Traffic. Clear evidence must be provided by the customer to support the claim of a discrepancy in the purchased product/service/package.
If a subscription is canceled before its expiration, the service will expire at the end of the defined period, and the subscription fees will not be refunded.
Please allow 12 to 72 hours (excluding weekends) for our staff to respond to refund requests.
Refunds are not issued to members whose account is suspended for breaking any of the rules stated on this page.
Commissions will be paid once the refund period has expired.
Users have a 30-day window to request a refund.
