The Bizeem surfbar just stopped. What do I do to fix it?
A problem on the surfbar can stem from a few reasons:
1) A network connection drop, even if for a second or two. In this cases, the surf icons which you always click to continue to the next page will not show up leaving you stranded. If this happens, click the "Dashboard" button onĀ your surfbar and go to your dashboard. From there, you can click the "Surf" button on the top menu and resume your surfing. If this happens too many times (more than 4, 5 times a day), please let us know by submitting a support ticket. You can find this option on Bizeem Design & Traffic website footer.
2) If your surfbar stopped and restarted by itself, it usually means that a website you were viewing from our members broke the surfbar. In this case, you will be given an option to report the website.
